In addition to offering SPACE , I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, OCD, depression, and pediatric chronic illness and pain. I utilize evidence based treatments, including cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure/response prevention, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), strategic therapy, internal family systems (IFS), and clinical hypnosis. I also work extensively with families of young children to interrupt anxious patterns before they take hold. My background is strongly rooted in pediatrics, child and adolescent development, and behavioral therapies.

My style is collaborative and compassionate with a healthy dose of humor. I genuinely enjoy working with children and teens and am a strong ally in the parenting odyssey. I am also a mother of two daughters and Juno the wondermutt. When I’m not at work, I too am on my journey of being a parent and work to stay grounded in the humility and awe of the experience.

“Virtually everything has changed! She is confident participating in soccer without us, she can go to sleep without us staying in her room, she washes and dresses herself, she carries her own backpack and brushes her own teeth, she tries new foods more frequently, and more!”
