I frequently consult with Bay Area pediatricians and providers on behavioral and mental health issues that impact the health of children and teens. I am available to speak with parents and providers around topics of early childhood, anxiety in children, teen anxiety, and family anxiety, and the interplay of psychological, behavioral, and medical issues. I also hold SPACE workshops for groups.
I offer workshops and trainings for both school personnel and parents around managing anxiety at school and at home. I also consult with preschools in managing behavioral and developmental issues at school and helping parents acclimate young children school environments.
I am available to provide clinical consultation to associate social workers and MFTs.

Mindy Szelap, LCSW, is an experienced professional who has dedicated over 25 years to helping children and families who are struggling with various mental health issues. She specializes in anxiety, depression, OCD, and complex medical issues, providing her clients with the support and tools they need to overcome their challenges.
